Responsibilities Assisting in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior project managers and leadership. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates. Supporting procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the data center, construction, or technology sectors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage. Day-to-Day Collaborating with project managers to define project objectives and deliverables. Tracking project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Attending and contributing to project meetings, both internally and with external stakeholders. Reviewing project documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assisting in the resolution of project-related issues and challenges. Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans. Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
