Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, trailers, and small engine equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Track and issue equipment to crews, ensuring all tools and vehicles are in safe working condition.
- Refuel equipment and fill gas cans as needed to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Ford pickup trucks, skid loaders, commercial mowing equipment, and small engines.
- Basic computer skills for tracking equipment and maintenance records.
- Valid driver license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Strong reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work well with others.
