PreLitigation Claims Attorney

Job Description Clark Law Group is growing in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and driven Pre‑Litigation Claims Attorney to join our team! What You’ll Do Manage a pre‑litigation caseload from inception through settlement Negotiate bodily injury claims with insurance adjusters Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment progression Strategically maximize case value and resolve claims efficiently Communicate with clients regarding case status and treatment recommendations Review medical records, billing, and supporting documentation Work closely with case managers and support staff to move files proactively Identify cases that require escalation into litigation What We’re Looking For Active Nevada Bar license required Personal injury experience preferred (pre‑litigation or litigation) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively Client‑focused mindset with compassion and professionalism Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate Self‑motivated and solution‑driven personality Why Join Clark Law Group?
