Experience with syndicated credit facilities and acquisition financings. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission. Education Strong academic background in law. Certifications Massachusetts Bar admission or eligibility. Skills Superior drafting and negotiation skills. Proactive and team-oriented approach. Ability to handle significant responsibility.
