Property Administrator

We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Columbus area seeking a Property Administrator to support a busy commercial property management team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable industry experience while contributing to the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional administrative support to both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a commercial property management team
  
• Assist with lease administration, document management, and tracking key property information
  
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding day-to-day property matters
  
• Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records, contracts, and property documentation
  
• Support special projects and help ensure smooth office and property operations
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry
  
• Accounts payable or invoice processing experience is highly preferred
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel (formulas, formatting, and data editing)
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
