As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.Financial, quality and safety performance of assigned projects.Training and mentoring junior project team staff.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family or healthcare construction projectsA 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experienceStrong leadership, management, computer skills and attention to detailLEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferredMust have valid driver's licenseSamet is a leader in design-build construction and real estate development services headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a market focus on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Multi-Family Housing.
