PCT - Heart Failure: Day Shift Telehealth Care
Jefferson Health
Jefferson Health’s Abington Memorial Hospital seeks a Patient Care Technician for the Heart Failure unit. You will assist with direct and indirect patient care under the licensed team, round on patients, and respond to calls promptly. The role supports telehealth activities and ensures a safe care environment.
Candidates should have a High School diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. BLS certification is required or must be obtained on hire.
