Marketing SpecialistYou'll spend a lot of your time in Braze, building campaigns and canvases to engage users and drive conversion throughout the funnel. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and other key cross-functional stakeholders to execute large-scale marketing initiatives effectively on a global scale. Ultimately, you'll be part of a team reimagining how users and their teams leverage a digital platform to share their work and build their careers.What You'll Do:Set up and launch a range of multi-channel, multi-step journeys in Braze, with a heavy emphasis on emailBuild and QA email templates according to approved copy/design, using liquid logic & content blocks to personalize campaigns, plus coding some templates in HTML/CSSCoordinate with engineering and localization teams to translate emails for up to 26 languagesMonitor the effectiveness of all campaigns and raise opportunities for improvement to the wider teamCoordinate various aspects of campaigns, including targeting query workstreams, working closely with creative and product marketing teams to ensure quality executions and on-brand messagingWork cross-functionally to help improve processes and refine ways of workingCollaborate with the Growth Marketing team to inform strategy and tactics across all campaigns globallyMaintain the growth campaign calendar and task management boards to organize incoming requests and decrease conflicting sendsWho You Are:You have 3 to 5 years of experience working within Braze to set up owned channel campaigns and experience translating sends across multiple languagesYou have strong attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and technically soundYou have knowledge of SQL and/or BigQueryYou understand growth tactics, strategies, and optimizations, and have experience navigating marketing funnelsYou have familiarity with the complex dynamics of creative ecosystems. Experience as a creator or working closely with creators is a plusYou thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working on cross-functional teamsYou demonstrate initiative and independence, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute projects with minimal supervisionYou're a creative problem solver who can identify challenges and propose effective solutions
