This is not a repetitive assembly-line role—you’ll gain hands-on experience with all aspects of our machines, developing a versatile skill set in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. We offer: 3-Day Weekends – Work Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Career Growth & Training – Opportunities for certifications and hands-on training 100% Paid Health Insurance – Health, dental, and vision coverage (employee premium paid in full) Paid Time Off – Includes 6 paid holidays, vacation, and sick days Competitive Pay – $18-$21/hr., plus 401(k) match and other benefits Key Responsibilities: Assemble machine components using hand tools and manufacturing instructions Install electrical and hydraulic systems Assist with warehouse operations, material handling, and quality control Maintain a safe, clean workspace and adhere to PPE requirements Light travel may be required for paid training or errands What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude – Experience with hand tools and assembly is a plus Self-motivated team player – Able to work independently and collaboratively Experience with hydraulic, electrical, or fabrication work (preferred but not required—we’re willing to train! xmvmafu ) Comfortable working around forklifts and mobile machinery Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
