$550K Base | $100K Sign-On | $800K+ Partner Track
- Year 2: $600K++
- No buy-in partnership (Year 3)
- Partners earn $800K+
- 8 weeks PTO → Unlimited as Partner

- 50–55 hr/week

- 33-year private group | 60K+ cases/year
- Hospital + ASC mix (choose your setting)
- No trauma, transplant, or airway coverage
- Healthy peds only
- Do 80–90% of your own cases
