Retail Engagement Specialist

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - CA - Los Angeles 122 Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule & Pay Monday – Friday. Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Weekly Pay (DailyPay options available). No weekends. Next‑day pay options available. Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening. Field‑based role visiting local retailers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Reliable transportation within assigned territory. What You’ll Do Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. What This Role Looks Like Field‑based position with daily travel. Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. What’s in It for You No weekends. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Adaptable, professional and customer‑focused. Prior retail, sales, field marketing or customer‑facing experience preferred. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Effectively demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience. Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Multi‑tasking ability in a fast‑paced, team environment. Maintaining customer confidentiality.
