Forklift Operator

Openwork is currently assisting a client in Round Rock, TX in their search for a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for their local facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. AS A WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Operating both sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts safely and efficiently Pulling and preparing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Receiving incoming shipments and verifying product quantities and condition Loading and unloading trucks using proper safety procedures Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse Assisting with general warehouse duties as assigned Following all company safety policies and operational procedures WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High School Diploma or GED preferred Proven experience operating sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts Ability to pass a drug test Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Must live nearby so distance is not an issue getting to work Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety standards PERKS: $18.00 per hour Full‑time position Monday – Friday schedule 8:30am-5:00pm Stable work environment Opportunity for long‑term employment Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health benefits EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
