Greeter

The Greeter position will greet and direct guests to assist them in locating and arriving at their proper destination during events. Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following a 90-day probationary period.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.87 (per CBA).

Benefits as per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed
• Provide directional assistance to guests by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility, as well as assist with crowd flow
• Keep area clear of debris/spills to ensure a safe environment
• Enforce rules and regulations of the building
• Provide courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employees

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills required
• Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management
