Oneida Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work overnight in Utica, NY. $7,500 Sign on Bonus. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. Requirements Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff. Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.
