INTERIOR DESIGN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Full-time Responsibilities: Assist designers throughout all phases of client projects, from initial concept through completion Assist designers to prepare client presentations (tearsheets, mood boards, CAD) Responsible for procurement: placing and tracking orders, maintaining project status and paying invoives Communicate with vendors on product details, availability, and pricing Handle general admin duties (answer phone, check emails, receive packages and mail, and keep studio offices organized Drop off / pick up samples, make deliveries to job sites and assist with project installations Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of administration experience in an interior design or architecture studio preferred Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability manage multiple priorities Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Proficiency in Studio Designer and AutoCAD is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Waterleaf InteriorsVacancy posted 4 days ago
