Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Spring Hill, Florida, our outpatient office is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional lifestyle while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual goals and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans based on current best practices and patient data.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and modalities, to restore function.
• Create and oversee fitness and wellness programs that encourage lifelong health and wellness among patients.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, aiming for maximum patient engagement and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with individuals of various ages and activity levels, leveraging your expertise to tailor interventions that resonate with their specific needs and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid and active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically addressing musculoskeletal injuries, is essential.
• Strong patient assessment skills and the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits
