Must be available to work closing shifts during the week and opening and/or closing shifts on weekends. Must have the flexibility to work throughout the holiday season, including the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Bakery hours are MondaySaturday 9:00 AM7:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM5:00 PM. Position Summary:The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Lead is a hands-on leader who works alongside the team to create an exceptional guest experience, maintain bakery standards, and support daily operations. Shift Leads are expected to actively participate in bakery operations and may assist with frosting, production support, guest service, cleaning, stocking, and other operational duties as needed.
