Join Our Team as a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Casper, WY Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Position Overview As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. You’ll also play a key role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation of care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents to assess mobility limitations and therapy needs Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the care team Recommend assistive devices and interventions to enhance safety and independence Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies Qualifications Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license In good standing with all applicable licensing boards Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Casper Mountain?
