Summer EC Compensatory Program Teacher & Coordinator | 2026 Application Closing Date: June 22, 2026, or upon filling position Contract End Date: July 31, 2026 Responsibilities Use data to identify students in rising grades 1 - 5th for the summer program; Coordinate and send family invitations for the summer program; Responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of the curriculum materials for the summer program; Serve as the educational leader and administrator of the summer program for LS & US students; Coordinate class schedules, procedures and sub coverages, as needed Assist the summer school teachers and assistants with parent concerns or complaints, as needed; Teach groups of gr. 1-5 students during the summer program; Supervise the safety and welfare of the students participating in the programs and remain onsite until all students have left the building; Take on other responsibilities as needed, and as assigned, to ensure organizational success. Compensation Compensation for this position will be: June 22-June 27, 2026: $630 total for planning and organization of orientation and summer programs; July 7-July 31, 2026: (Monday-Thursday, onsite 7:45am-1:15pm and offsite after hours, as needed for staff and parent communication): $315/daily.
