Material Handler

Material Handler – 1st & 2nd Shift $19.75/hour + Overtime Opportunities Schedule Options

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs

We are looking for motivated and reliable Material Handlers to support daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials are moved, stored, and delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Move, store, and handle materials throughout the facility
Load, unload, and transport products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
Pick, replenish, and stage materials for production lines
Feed production lines as needed based on schedules and direction
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper labeling of materials
Count, weigh, and record materials handled
Support shipping and receiving activities during your shift
Perform general housekeeping (5S), including cleaning and organizing work areas
Follow all safety procedures and GMP guidelines

What You Bring

Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred
Willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

Stand for most of the shift (up to 80%)
Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
Frequent walking, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
