Some of the daily tasks that the Environmental Services Technician will encounter include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cleans dorm rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and nursing stations as assigned
• Mops floors and vacuums all carpeted areas
• Cleans designated offices as assigned
• Washes mops, dusts cloths, etc., on an as needed basis
• Maintains cleaning supplies daily
• Performs duties such as, spot cleaning windows and cleaning vents
• Cleans public restrooms daily and empties trash and restocks all necessary products
• Launders all curtains twice annually and as needed while completing documentation

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. A High school diploma and/or GED is preferred. Three years housekeeping experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
