Within a 23-bed unit, you'll care for patients aged 4-12 presenting with a range of diagnoses, including aggressive behavior, impulsivity, self-harm tendencies, and trauma histories. Effective de-escalation and milieu management skills are essential, as well as the ability to take decisive action in safety situations, including physical holds, seclusion, and restraint when appropriate.
