Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in a critical access hospital setting
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in accordance with facility and safety standards
• Document patient imaging records accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Maintain a patient-to-tech ratio of approximately 1:1
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate imaging results
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

• Minimum of 1 year of X-Ray / Radiology Tech experience required
• Valid state license or compact license required - must be in hand at time of submission
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

• Prior experience working in a critical access or small acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings

• No on-call, no weekend, and no block schedule requirements - offering a predictable and consistent work schedule
• Parking is available at no cost, and communication devices required for the assignment may be provided at no cost to the traveler
