Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care across various shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend rotations. The role involves delivering critical nursing interventions and supporting patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license.
• Possess ICU nursing experience with a strong understanding of critical care protocols.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
