How these Kansas City veterinarian jobs work As a full-time IndeVet, you'll work shifts at vetted partner hospitals across our Kansas City network. You tell us how you want to work—from your preferred days and drive radius to your clinical interests and hospital preferences—and your dedicated Scheduling Coordinator uses those preferences to curate your schedule. Through ongoing conversations and feedback, we keep learning what works best for you and refine your shifts over time, with the goal of finding hospitals where you feel welcomed, valued, and able to do your best work.
