Home Health Caregiver Position
Job Summary:
Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is committed to providing personalized care services that meet the unique needs of each individual, and we are seeking a like-minded professional to join us.
About the Role:
As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Providing mobility support and transfers as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients
Corresponding with clients and their families to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintaining and cleaning equipment as needed
