Bookkeeper – Bilingual SpanishLocation: Atlanta, GA – The Battery / Truist Park Area Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $55,000–$65,000Position OverviewAn established Atlanta property management company is seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior Bookkeeper to handle accounting for approximately 500 residential units.This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.ResponsibilitiesManage AP, AR, and general ledger accountingPerform bank and account reconciliationsHandle month-end close and financial reportingProcess payroll for approximately 50 employeesRecord and apply paymentsPrepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting recordsResearch and resolve accounting discrepanciesSupport accounting for approximately 500 residential unitsQualificationsBilingual English/Spanish required7+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience; 10+ preferredStrong full-cycle accounting experienceExperience with AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end closeProperty management or real estate experience preferredQuickBooks experience preferred; Rent Manager is a plusStrong Excel skillsProactive, organized, and able to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits$55,000–$65,000, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and potential year-end bonus.
