Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field.
• Procurement experience including EPC or industrial project experience.
• Strong negotiation contract management and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

The Procurement Manager Project Services is responsible for managing the procurement of materials equipment and subcontracted services for EPC projects. This role develops sourcing strategies negotiates contracts manages supplier performance and ensures procurement activities support project schedules budgets quality and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project procurement strategies and plans.
• Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs evaluate bids and award purchase orders and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance delivery schedules and procurement milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering Project Management Construction and Finance to support project execution.
• Manage procurement budgets identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and applicable regulations.
• Lead and develop procurement team members while driving continuous process improvement.
