Forklift Operator

Job Description As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of sit-down, stand-up (reach truck), and cherry picker forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse or production facility. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down, stand-up (reach truck), and cherry picker forklifts to transport materials within warehouse and production areas Load and unload products from trucks and containers Pick orders at various heights using a cherry picker as required Stack, stage, and organize materials in designated storage locations Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety regulations and warehouse procedures Assist with inventory management and general warehouse duties as needed Report product damage, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisor Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience operating sit-down, stand-up (reach truck), and cherry picker forklifts Shipping and Receiving experience Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Company Description An employment agency serving Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, Murfreesboro and Manchester Tennessee and surrounding areas, Express Employment Professionals has job opportunities for general and skilled laborers as well as technical, industrial, and office services positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals
