Product Growth Manager

About the Role

Own product growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace. You will build the growth function from the ground up, helping creators move from their first visit to publishing and engaging with their games.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.

• Build mockups and prototypes using coding and AI prototyping tools, then partner with engineers to bring successful ideas to production.

• Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into actionable growth strategies.

• Speak with creators, gather feedback, and translate what you learn into product improvements.

• Work with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and grow the product growth function.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.

• Hands-on experience owning growth initiatives and running experiments, with clear examples of results and learnings.

• Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

• A CS or equivalent technical degree, and the ability to prototype or build tools and projects yourself.

• Experience or interest in gaming, creator products, user-generated content, or two-sided platforms and marketplaces.

• A hands-on individual contributor who is comfortable working across product, design, and engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $165,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Palo Alto, California, four days per week.
