Position Summary Seeking managers looking to gain employment with the Benefits Starting pay $17-$18 (based on experience) Full-time Paid lunch breaks Paid vacation Excellent training and advancement opportunities Annual performance reviews Bonus eligibility Free meals during shift 30% discount on meals at any McDonald’s in US Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance Lifelong career-building experiences Responsibilities Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too Achieving targets during their shifts and helping departments meet their goals Managers must be able to work open and closing shifts Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production Training new team members on critical job functions Cash Management - Accurately count down drawers and change fund.
