Clinical Specialist

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products across Southwest Puerto Rico. The role involves direct collaboration with physicians and hospital staff to support CRM procedures, deliver product education, and manage customer relationships in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products and procedures
• Educate physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products, therapies, and clinical applications
• Assist with device implants and procedural support in hospital and catheterization laboratory settings
• Manage consignment inventory and complete patient registration and hospital documentation
• Partner with sales representatives and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and support territory objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years of healthcare, clinical support, or medical device industry experience
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• Experience in hospital, operating room, or catheterization laboratory environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
