Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team on the evening shift . In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-focused environment where your skills and contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes

• Perform routine nursing assessments and approved clinical procedures

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN):

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
