Manage communication and coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure projects progress as planned. Coordinate manpower, material handling, safety planning, site purchasing, and equipment rentals to support project execution. Monitor and control costs associated with assigned projects to ensure alignment with estimates and budgets. Prepare project schedules, status updates, and manpower reports based on site conditions, equipment delivery timelines, and overall project progress. Conduct mandatory pre‑job meetings with site supervisors and clients, focusing on hazard assessments and the protection of customer property. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in construction, industrial piping, ammonia refrigeration, or project coordination. Ability to assist with managing multiple projects in various phases of construction. Experience supporting project schedules, resource planning, and project documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project experience preferred. Basic financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting experience preferred.
