Warehouse Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Position Summary Walk‑In Interviews! Stop by our West Branch, IA warehouse for an interview on the spot Monday– Thursday anytime between 4:00pm– 6:00pm. Please complete your online application prior to arrival. The schedule for this position is Monday– Thursday, 4:00pm– 2:30am or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lift up to 80 pounds (consistently 50 pounds) and assist with commercial tire lifts or use mechanical equipment. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, and work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Be on the move, working on your feet for extended periods of time and willing to work overtime as needed. Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures. Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as required by business needs. Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions, subject to reasonable accommodations. Qualifications Must be 18years or older to operate equipment. Have at least 1year of warehouse, logistics or relevant experience. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards. Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines. Pass forklift certification. Willing to work overtime as needed. Follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Work well in a team environment. Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana). Wear protective equipment: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline.
