Practice details include:

• Salary starts at $70K and averages about a 3-3.5% increase for every year of experience. Maximums out around $95K-$100K depending on additional certifications

• Practice payor-mix is: 51% private insurance; 36% Medicare (and Medicare replacement); 3% self-pay; 5% workers comp; 5% other
