Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly smile.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility.
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
• Assist in managing patient records and data entry.
• Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental office administration are a plus.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
• Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
• Knowledge of insurance processing and billing is beneficial.
