Senior Business Performance Analyst

Partnering with business line leaders, the full-time Senior Business Performance Analyst will translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and dashboards, driving decisions across pharmacy service lines in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps, conducting root cause analysis and developing actionable recommendations Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring data is structured and presented in a clear, concise manner for stakeholders Serve as an analytical resource for service line leaders, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and supporting strategic requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Health Administration, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, performance management, or a similar analytical role Demonstrated experience building dashboards and translating data into insights in a complex environment Proficiency in Tableau and SQL for querying enterprise data warehouses Advanced Excel skills for complex analysis and modeling
