Shipping & Receiving Associate IIWe are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate II for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. In this role, you will support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations while ensuring materials are accurately processed and organized.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and process daily outbound shipments to ensure all orders ship on time.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, and related paperwork.Work with office staff to ensure accurate invoicing and shipping documentation.Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory control activities.Enter and update shipping and inventory transactions in the ERP system.Monitor shipping supply inventory and reorder materials as needed.Assist with material handling and provide backup warehouse support.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience required.Experience operating hand trucks required.Forklift experience preferred.Experience using ERP systems preferredAbility to frequently stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.This is a full time position. The pay is $21-$25/hr DOE.
