ObGyn physician employment in New York :

A healthcare organization in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an OB/GYN to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient women's health care. This role includes labor and delivery coverage, surgical care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary obstetrics and gynecology team.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with one 24-hour weekend in-house call per month
Hours: Standard business hours, plus overnight and weekend call coverage

Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient and outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
Cover labor and delivery services
Perform surgical care and procedures as needed
Supervise and collaborate with midwives, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners
Contribute to a full-service academic department with a multidisciplinary care model

Qualifications:

Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Experience providing inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care
Experience covering labor and delivery
Experience performing surgical OB/GYN care
Ability to work in a collaborative academic medical environment

Desired Skills:

Interest in teaching and academic excellence

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
