Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System Inc is seeking a Director of Compensation to design, implement, and manage comprehensive pay programs that comply with regulations and support strategic objectives. The role partners with HR leaders to maintain salary structures, policy governance, and salary-grade administration.
You will oversee performance management administration, market reviews, and collaboration with payroll/HRIS to ensure accurate compensation changes across the health
