Job Title

Electrical: Replace ballasts, LED drivers, outlets, and switches; troubleshoot tripped breakers and emergency lighting.

Plumbing: Repair flush valves (Sloan/Zurn), unclog drains, fix leaks, and maintain water heaters.

HVAC: Change filters and belts, clean coils, clear condensate lines, and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Carpentry & Finishes: Repair door hardware/closers, patch drywall, paint, and install flooring or ceiling tiles.
