OB/GYN Opportunity – Poplar Bluff, Missouri

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center , a state-of-the-art 410-bed facility , is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYNs to join and expand an established FQHC-affiliated practice serving a regional population of 100,000.

• Join a growing, established practice with strong community demand
• Opportunity to help build and shape a team of 3–4 OB/GYNs
• Current shared call is 1:3, with plans to expand the team for additional coverage and flexibility
• Flexible practice model with focus on work/life balance
• Mix of clinic, surgery, and deliveries (50/50 split)
• Dedicated clinic space in a newly expanded medical office building
• Ability to build your own patient panel

• Primary volume supported by a highly productive, experienced OB/GYN
• Additional support from:
  • Affiliated providers within Missouri Highlands
  • Nurse Midwife
  • Locums coverage (supplemental)
• Collaborative, non-territorial environment with cross-coverage as needed

• ~1,100 deliveries annually (2–3 per day)
• Separate Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and nursery units
• Private OB rooms
• Well-baby nursery (no NICU; capable of managing 35-week healthy infants)
• Robotics available
• Telehealth access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Pediatric Hospitalists provide nursery coverage
