Payer Contracting Executive

Leading payer negotiations end to end, the full-time remote Payer Contracting Executive will focus on expanding payer access across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid opportunities while developing and executing a payer access roadmap to maximize patient access and protect margins for the specialty pharmacy. Key responsibilities Lead negotiations for rates, terms, and network participation with payers Develop and execute a roadmap for expanding payer contracts and investigate new network opportunities Coordinate and oversee the contracting process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred 5 years of experience in payer contracting, managed care, or specialty pharmacy Experience negotiating payer or network agreements, preferably in specialty pharmacy or managed care Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid payer environments Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or relevant industry certification preferred
