Hybrid work in Van Nuys, CA (3 days in the office, 2 work from home) and an exempt role with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 . In this Recruiter position at Doen, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure candidates receive a responsive, high-quality experience supported by accurate ATS records. What you’ll do Manage full-cycle recruiting , including intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates Provide a high quality candidate experience with responsive communication throughout the process Maintain up-to-date recruiting records in Rippling ATS Support compliant hiring by ensuring hiring practices align with employment law and company policy How you’ll work with others This role reports to the VP, Human Resources and supports compliant, high-quality candidate experiences. You will also communicate contract and compliance directives effectively and consistently, encourage interactive discussion, and maintain an open-door approach to information sharing. You will model professionalism by following policies and procedures, maintaining effective working relationships, and bringing a proactive, positive attitude to challenges. Strong attendance habits are expected, including the ability to work additional or varied hours at times to accommodate workflow. What you bring 3+ years of recruiting experience A proven record recruiting across multiple functions (not limited to hourly or retail roles) Strong sourcing skills with comfort building pipelines from scratch Experience working with an ATS , including Rippling , Greenhouse , or similar systems Sharp communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers Additional role expectations Ability to analyze problems and implement acceptable solutions Maintain the confidentiality of business documents and correspondence Model good attendance by adhering to the regular work schedule, with flexibility as needed Work setup and physical requirements Periods of sitting at a desk, typing, sketching, and working on a computer Ability to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods Ability to operate equipment such as computers , copy machines , and phones Ability to access various areas of a given location Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation Tools used Recruiting activities may use Rippling ATS and Rippling , along with experience working in Greenhouse . #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Jobs
