Litigation E-Discovery Attorney

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a prominent national law firm to identify a skilled Litigation E-Discovery Attorney for a remote, contract position.
- Start Date: Early June
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Full time - 40/week
- Pay Rate: $45-55
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document review protocols and workflows
- Draft, revise, and finalize witness summaries and deposition preparation materials
- Contribute strategically to litigation defense efforts
- Engage in case strategy, discovery planning, document review, and witness interviews, with a focus on e-discovery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation e-discovery
- Proficient in all stages of electronic discovery and document production
- Skilled in deploying analytics and predictive coding tools across review platforms
- Expertise in privilege log creation and automated redaction workflows
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Active law license in Texas or Florida
