Nurse Navigator - Discharge & Stroke Care Specialist

Summerlin Hospital, a 496-bed acute care facility in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced RN to support discharge planning for inpatients. The role collaborates with nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient transitions and adherence to stroke and chest pain program protocols. Requirements include Nevada RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, 2 years acute care experience, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree encouraged.
