About the Salon Well established, reputable salon and spa of 15 years located on Main st. in the City of Fairfax is now seeking highly skilled, personable nail technicians for our nail department team! Our staff takes pride in providing an excellent customer service experience and we are looking for someone who will treat clients with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Compensation We offer the HIGHEST pay in the industry + option for bonuses Guaranteed pay or straight commission structure by pay period Signing Bonus for Service Providers with Existing Client Base Commission on Product Sales (product sales are optional) Benefits Option to be an employee or independent contractor (your preference) No fees for products, admin, laundry or other miscellaneous fees We provide professional products and tools for your use Job Description We are looking for nail technician employees who have a strong sense of work ethic and want to grow their career within our establishment. We have both full‑time and part‑time positions available.
