Hospital Liaison

Centers Health Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospital Liaison to drive our outreach efforts and promote the exceptional services of Centers Health Care in Manhattan and Queens . As a member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in building relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations to promote our facilities. Key Responsibilities Promote Centers Health Care’s services and facilities to hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive admissions and grow brand awareness. Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to local healthcare providers and organizations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services within the local community. Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, and local community outreach activities. Educate referral sources on the full range of services offered by Centers Health Care. Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and progress toward goals. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a timely and professional manner. Assist in creating and distributing content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of the Manhattan and Queens healthcare landscape and community. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
