Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

• Foster children's curiosity through hands-on, developmentally appropriate experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's growth and development.
• Maintain a classroom that reflects NAEYC best practices and high-quality learning environments.
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams to support each child's individual needs.

Qualifications
Degree or coursework in Early Childhood or elementary Education or a related field preferred.

• Experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
